Slot 2 of the CAT 2018 exam was conducted from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. As per Arks Srinivasan (Career Launcher), the Quantitative aptitude section maintained its toughness level form Slot 1 exam and was troubling the students.
Srinivasan also said that the Slot 2 examination was on the tougher side as compared to the overall analysis with the slot 1 examination. To add to the difficulty in slot 2 was the Data Interpretation section which saw some tough nuts to crack.
To the relief of students, the Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension section maintained its ‘scoring section’ streak and was easier as compared to the other two sections in slot 2.
The overall analysis of CAT 2018 slot 2 as provided by CAT expert Arks Srinivasan is tabled below for your reference:
Section | Difficulty level | Good attempts |
Quantitative Aptitude | Difficult | 17-20 Questions |
